LOSS MITIGATION SPECIALIST POSITION – A Different Approach to making money in Real Estate
Specifications: The Law Offices of Victor Hobbs has been in business for over 30 years practicing many different areas of law including loss mitigation, and short sale negotiations. If you are burnt out on the mortgage business and promises of BIG money that doesn’t exist in this market place take a look at earning commission while helping clients out of foreclosure or renegotiating adjustable rate loans from a law office perspective. No refinancing, no hidden broker charges, no 60 day wait period for a check, only the ability to earn $400 per day for motivated candidates.
We help people that:
1. are delinquent on their mortgage payments,
2. are in foreclosure,
3. have their loan adjusted (but may not be delinquent on their payments),
4. are in a short sale negotiations,
5. are realtors negotiating short sales for their clients.
Duties:
• Accept in-bound sales calls.
• Fill out applications and analyze eligibility with management/attorney.
• Follow up with clients to make sure all proper documents have been received.
Desired experience:
• Experienced and non-experienced sales people wanted. We will train qualified candidates!
• Spanish speaking applicants preferred, but non-Spanish speaking applications are also being accepted. 21 seats need to be filled before the end of the month.
• Looking for people who are self motivated and have a passion to succeed at their own pace.
• Must have great communication skills, able to multi-task and be compassionate towards client’s unfortunate situation.
