AIS Financial Group is forming a Land Bank Investment Fund. Target market is Northern California counties surrounding the Greater Sacramento Metropolitan Area. Includes Sacramento, Yolo, Suisun, Placer, El Dorado, Yuba, Sutter, Amador and San Joaquin Counties.
Holding periods vary. Our development partners provide the engineering and development support for those parcels suitable for 12, 24 and 36 month "flipping". Other parcels are held for capital gains over a longer period of time.
