Derek Rowley
Considered the primary authority on Nevada entities, Mr. Rowley has worked to promote the benefits of Nevada business and incorporation laws since 1987, longer than any other individual involved in this industry.
· President of the Nevada Resident Agent Association (NRAA) since 2002. Best-selling author of Nevada Corporation Handbook.
· Served three years as associate director of the Northern Nevada Development Authority.
· Served as state legislative correspondent for Commerce Clearinghouse and Offshore Finance U.S.A.
Steve Szostek
Steve Szostek is a graduate of Indiana University (BS in secondary education – 1969; MA in sociology – 1971; JD in Law – 1979; and MBA – 1987). He is currently admitted to practice in the Nevada state and federal courts and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Szostek has practiced law in Hawaii, Indiana, and Nevada. He has been a deputy attorney general in Indiana and a corporate trust office for Bank One in Indianapolis. He currently specializes in estate planning, business law and bankruptcy. Mr. Szostek is also a member in good standing of the Nevada and Clark County Bar Associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Cort W. Christie
A nationally recognized speaker, Mr. Christies has appeared as a featured guest on some of the largest radio shows across the country and has hosted his own radio program in San Diego and Las Vegas. He has made television appearances on stations such as MSNBC and CNBC.
· Author of the book Incorporating in Nevada – The Do-it-Yourself Guide and The Nevada Edge.
· Served as the president of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization.
· A board member of the Nevada Resident Agent Association and the Reno chapter of The Entrepreneurs Organization.
