Cockatoo wanted
I am looking to get a cockatoo, I have had one in the past but it passed away. A younger bird would be great so that I can have a hand in training it and so that it can get used to me easier. (under 5 would be perfect) The only catch is I am living on a military paycheck, so I have a hard time paying for most of the birds I have seen out there.
